  18. Those of you who have seen the Wordz leaflet will see a 'button bar' of 
  19. the most often used commands such as Bold, Justify Text, etc.
  20.  
  21. I have been asked if something similar exists for PipeDream.  At the 
  22. same time it has been suggested to me that it would be possible to 
  23. compile a small directory of PDCmdFil (macros in PD3) to execute common 
  24. sequences of commands.  Such a directory window could be opened and 
  25. used as a Toolbar.  Have you any PDCmdFil which you could contribute to 
  26. such a Toolbar?

  28. I include new versions of two ([Quote] and [Ligatures])that have 
  29. appeared before.  [Quote] converts single and double quotes into the 
  30. 'smart quotes' (leading and trailing quotes).  Can someone add 'phone 
  31. to the PDCmdFil in this version.  [Ligatures] combines separate f i to 
  32. a joined fi and f l to fl.  Does anyone know how to stop the dialogue 
  33. boxes appearing after each Search and replace command?

  35. Provided that you have set a global font the two PDCmdFil called 
  36. [Homerton] and [Trinity] will enter those fonts into your document at 
  37. the cursor.  Some of you will have these on <Ctrl Shift F#> funtion 
  38. keys but, if you have been converted from key short cuts to using the 
  39. GUI (graphic User Interface - the mouse) then you will find these two
  40. PDCmdFil a useful alternative.

  42. To see what is inside a PDCmdFil you do not double click on it but you 
  43. must 'drag' it to the PipeDream icon (the one installed on the icon 
  44. bar not the one in an open directory window).  you can save such a 
  45. PDCmdFil in the ordinary way using <Ctrl FGS> or by clicking on the 
  46. PDCmdFil called [Save] from this directory.

  48. If you have RISC OS 3.10 then you might want to keep some of the 
  49. contents of the Toolbar directory on the PinBoard for easy access.
